During the past months, I worked on a project I hold very close to my heart - dinstudievejledning.dk - helping students navigating the overwhelming world of bureaucracy within academic institutions. As an independent advisor, I assist students facing challenges during their studies, provide sparring based on an open dialogue with my clients and their respective situation and finding the best solution possible within the given institutional context.

Services include mapping current situation and opportunities, defining special circumstances, assistance as co-counsel during meetings with University officials, support with collecting needed documentation for complaints, applications (e.g. extension of the stipulated time frame to complete a programme, alternative examination form, extension of examination duration, additional three examination attempts etc.) - knowing the system from within, my mission is to help the next generation to achieve their goals even if life can be overwhelming .

At BAT Denmark, I led the transformative software deployment across the Nordic region, impacting over 200 daily end-users.

• Optimized Implementation Life Cycle: Strategically planned and meticulously executed the project, aligning user needs with organizational goals through collaboration with global program management.
• Proactive Troubleshooting: Spearheaded troubleshooting efforts, quickly resolving issues to maintain project momentum and ensuring a seamless rollout.
• Empowered Users: Designed and delivered comprehensive training programs for superusers and end-users, which resulted in rapid and efficient adoption of the new system. Customizations post-rollout catered to specific user needs, enhancing usability and satisfaction.
